Shipping policy

<h2>Shipping Policy</h2>
<p>Last updated: May 2026. We ship within the continental United States from our Santa Monica, California fulfillment center.</p>

<h3>Shipping Rates</h3>

  <li>Standard shipping (continental US): <strong>flat rate $7.95</strong></li>
  <li>Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: additional fees apply, calculated at checkout</li>
  <li>Expedited shipping available at checkout at carrier rates</li>
</ul>
<p>Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.</p>

<h3>Processing Time</h3>
<p>Orders are processed within <strong>3-5 business days</strong> (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Processing times may be extended during sales events, holiday seasons, or product restocking periods. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed.</p>

<h3>Delivery Time</h3>

  <li>Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after processing (not guaranteed)</li>
  <li>Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (not guaranteed)</li>
</ul>
<p>Delivery times are carrier estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control.</p>

<h3>Address Accuracy</h3>
<p>It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees and any return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.</p>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.</p>

<h3>Lost or Damaged Packages</h3>
<p>Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted to info@lalashacademy.com <strong>within 14 days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date or estimated delivery date</strong> (whichever applies). Claims submitted after this window will not be honored.</p>
<p>For damaged items, photo documentation of the damage and original packaging is required. For lost packages, we may require you to file a carrier claim before we can process a replacement.</p>
<p>Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.</p>

<h3>Shipping Fees</h3>
<p>Shipping fees are <strong>non-refundable</strong>, except in cases where the order is canceled before shipment or we have made an error.</p>

<h3>Refused or Undeliverable Packages</h3>
<p>Packages refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for product cost only (minus a 15% restocking fee). Shipping fees, both outbound and return, will not be refunded.</p>

<h3>International Shipping</h3>
<p>We do not currently ship outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.</p>

<h3>Course Products</h3>
<p>Digital course access is delivered electronically and is not subject to this shipping policy. Physical course kits ship per the standard policy above. Course access begins immediately upon purchase regardless of physical kit shipping status.</p>

<h3>Holiday Schedule</h3>
<p>We do not ship on US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.</p>
