Return Policy

At LA Lash Academy, your satisfaction is paramount. If you encounter any manufacturer defects or quality issues beyond your control with your LA Lash Academy purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that after 30 days, products become non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unopened and retain their original packaging. All returns require prior authorization to ensure that refunds or exchanges can be processed effectively.

If you decide to return or exchange an unopened product, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If returned after 14 days but within 30 days, you will be eligible for store credit only. Please be aware that LA Lash Academy does not cover shipping fees for these types of returns.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at store@lalashacademy.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We aim to process returns and exchanges within one week of receiving the items at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue a merchandise credit instead.

For items purchased through one of our retail partners, please return the products to the original point of purchase to determine eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
